- WebHost Bee strives to provide reliable and high-quality web hosting services. Due to the nature of digital infrastructure services, refunds may only be issued under specific circumstances and within an applicable refund period from the original purchase date.
- Customers who wish to request a refund must submit a request through the official WebHost Bee support channels. The request should include order details and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request so our team can properly review the case.
- Refund eligibility applies only to certain hosting services and may depend on whether the service has already been fully provisioned or consumed. Each refund request is evaluated individually to ensure it complies with our policy.
- Some services are strictly non-refundable because they are processed instantly or involve third-party providers. These services include domain name registrations, domain renewals, domain transfers, SSL certificates, VPS hosting once provisioned, dedicated servers, and any additional third-party services or custom add-ons.
- Domain-related services cannot be refunded once a registration or transfer has been completed because domain names are processed through external domain registries and cannot be reversed after activation.
- Customers can cancel their hosting services and are requested to contact the support team one month before. However, cancellation of a service does not automatically qualify for a refund unless the request falls within the eligible refund period and complies with this policy.
- If a refund request is approved, WebHost Bee will process the refund through the original payment method whenever possible. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution involved.
- WebHost Bee reserves the right to refuse refunds if the policy is abused or misused. This includes repeated purchases followed by refund requests, violations of our Terms and Conditions, or misuse of services that breach our policies.
- WebHost Bee may update or modify this Refund & Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in services, regulations, or operational requirements. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to remain informed.
